Terms of Use
BreedersHub is operated by Anthony Carney. Contact support@breedershub.co.uk about the service or these terms. By creating or using a BreedersHub account, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
Your records
You are responsible for the accuracy of breeding, health, owner and puppy information that you enter. BreedersHub provides tools for organisation and communication but does not independently verify those records.
Owner access
Breeders are responsible for inviting the correct owner email address and deciding what puppy information is shared. Invited puppy-owner access is free and limited to the puppies linked to that owner. Breeders may withdraw an invitation or remove shared access. Removing access does not erase files already downloaded by the recipient. Puppy owners must not attempt to access records for puppies that are not linked to their account.
BreedersHub intellectual property
BreedersHub and its licensors retain all rights in the service and its original materials, including its software, source code, database structure, screen layouts, user interface, visual identity, logos, icons, illustrations, photographs, written content, names, feature descriptions and branded puppy and family experiences. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The BreedersHub name, logo and branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, approval or ownership by another person.
Limited permission to use the service
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use BreedersHub for your own lawful breeding and puppy-owner work while your account is active. This permission does not transfer ownership of any part of the service to you.
Protected materials
You must not unlawfully copy, redistribute or exploit BreedersHub's protected code, artwork, written content or branding. This does not restrict your own content, lawful independent development, general ideas or standard functions, or any use permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory right or exception.
Account and access protection
Keep invitation links, login details and private puppy-family information confidential. Do not share login credentials, bypass access controls, access another breeder's or family's records without permission, or use automated tools to collect private content. Do not interfere with security or remove protected branding notices. Restrictions on examining software apply only to the extent permitted by law. Report suspected security problems privately to support@breedershub.co.uk.
Your content and permission to operate it
You keep ownership of photographs, records, messages and other content you upload. You give BreedersHub the limited permission needed to host, store, display, back up and transmit that content to provide the features you request, including sharing selected puppy information with an invited linked owner. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share it.
Reporting infringement
If you believe someone is copying BreedersHub’s protected material or using the BreedersHub name or branding without permission, contact support@breedershub.co.uk with details and evidence. We may restrict access, remove material where appropriate, and pursue remedies available under applicable law.
Acceptable use and reporting
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, threatening or infringing material, harass another user, expose another person's private information without permission, or use BreedersHub to facilitate illegal activity. Report harmful content or account misuse to support@breedershub.co.uk with enough information for us to investigate. We may remove material or restrict access where proportionate to protect users or comply with law.
Handover notes, checklists and messages
Handover notes are free-text information supplied by the breeder. The breeder chooses whether to share them with the puppy’s linked family and is responsible for keeping the instructions accurate. Saved versions and their sharing status remain in the breeder’s handover history. The family sees the current shared version, not that history. A saved or shared confirmation does not prove the family has read or agreed to the note; handover notes do not replace your sale agreement or veterinary instructions. Puppy Pack checklists help organise collection-day items; ticking an item does not independently confirm a treatment, document or legal requirement is complete. Each conversation participant can remove their own messages. Deletion removes the message from the normal conversation views after they refresh; it cannot recall screenshots, downloaded files or copies already seen, and limited records may remain where necessary for safety reports, backup expiry or legal obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep BreedersHub available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may make proportionate changes for security, legal compliance, maintenance or improvements. Where a change materially affects your use, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable, except where urgent security or legal action is needed. These terms do not remove rights you have under consumer law.
BreedersHub Pro subscriptions
BreedersHub Pro provides the paid breeder workspace for dogs, litters, puppy care records and family connections. Monthly and yearly plans provide the same level of access with different billing periods. Selecting a plan does not itself complete a purchase: you confirm the subscription through Apple. The current UK plans are £9.99 per month and £89.99 per year. The full renewal price, currency and billing period shown in Apple checkout apply. Check those details before confirming. We will update the displayed UK prices if the subscription price changes. Invited puppy owners do not need a breeder subscription and are not charged to access their linked puppy information.
Apple billing, renewal and cancellation
Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings at Manage Apple subscriptions. Cancelling renewal normally leaves paid access until the paid period expires, unless Apple refunds or revokes the purchase. When paid access ends, an existing subscriber can still sign in and view saved records. Adding or changing dogs, litters and other paid records, and using paid Toolkit features, requires an active subscription. Cancellation does not itself delete your records. Account, privacy, support, sign-out and deletion controls remain available. Apple handles billing and payment details; BreedersHub does not receive your full card number.
Restoring purchases and refunds
Use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase and the BreedersHub account to which it was linked. A subscription cannot be transferred between BreedersHub accounts through Restore purchases. Contact support if verification fails; do not purchase again just to resolve an access error. Request Apple purchase refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility is determined under Apple's process and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.
Account deletion and billing
Deleting your BreedersHub account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel your subscription in Apple settings before deleting your account if you want billing to stop. You can still request immediate account deletion. Deletion removes access to the account and its records, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Timers and reminders
Feeds and nursing records can schedule device reminders when supported and permitted. These are BreedersHub reminders, not entries in the Apple Clock app. Delivery depends on the device, permissions, operating-system settings and whether changes have reached that device. A change on another device may not update a scheduled reminder until you reopen the app. Browser reminders cannot be relied on after the browser closes. Check times and animal-care needs yourself; never rely on a reminder for an emergency or time-critical treatment. BreedersHub’s care information and record tools are not veterinary advice. Contact a qualified vet when concerned.
Your responsibility
Breeding decisions, animal care, regulatory compliance, contracts with puppy owners and veterinary decisions remain the responsibility of the breeder or owner using the service.
Termination
You may stop using BreedersHub and request account deletion at any time. We may proportionately restrict accounts for serious or repeated misuse, security threats or legal requirements. Where safe and lawful, we will explain the reason and let you contact support to challenge an error. Stopping use or losing access does not transfer ownership of your uploaded content to BreedersHub.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights concerning reasonable care and skill, digital content, refunds or remedies. BreedersHub does not replace veterinary advice, breeder licensing obligations or your agreements with puppy owners.
