1. Using BreedersHub
BreedersHub provides digital tools for breeders to organise breeding and puppy records and, where applicable, share selected puppy information with invited families. By creating an account or using BreedersHub, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from a BreedersHub security failure.
3. Breeder records and family access
Breeders are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information they enter, upload or share through BreedersHub. A family’s access to a puppy profile exists because of the breeder-family connection and may be removed by the breeder where that connection ends or changes.
4. Health, breeding and care information
BreedersHub is a record-management service and does not provide veterinary diagnosis, medical treatment or professional breeding advice. Records, reminders and general information in the service are not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified veterinary professional.
5. Prices and deposits
BreedersHub may allow users to record puppy prices, deposits or payment status. Unless expressly stated otherwise, BreedersHub does not act as the seller, buyer, payment processor, escrow agent or party to a puppy sale. Any sale, refund, deposit or contractual arrangement remains between the relevant breeder and family.
6. User content
You retain ownership of information, photos and files you submit. You give BreedersHub the limited permission needed to host, process, display, back up and transmit that content so we can provide the service. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or contains personal information you are not entitled to process.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse BreedersHub, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, access another person’s account without permission, upload malicious content, use the service for unlawful activity, or harass other users.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, address security risks or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide a reason and a way to contact support. Users may delete their own account through the in-app account deletion process.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, BreedersHub is not responsible for losses arising from breeder-family sales arrangements, veterinary decisions, inaccurate user-entered records, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not limit any consumer rights that apply to you by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law or our operating practices change. Where a material change affects existing users, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated terms available.
