Delete from the app
Sign in to BreedersHub and open your account/settings area. Choose the account deletion option and follow the confirmation steps. Once confirmed, BreedersHub begins permanent deletion of the account and associated app data that we are not legally required to retain.
Deleting an account is different from signing out, disconnecting a family from a puppy, or temporarily suspending an account.
What is deleted
Deletion is designed to remove your BreedersHub account and associated personal data. For breeder accounts this may include breeder-owned dogs, litters, puppy records and linked records. For family accounts it may include family-created updates, account links and associated account data.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or maintaining essential audit records. Any retained information is kept only for the relevant purpose and for no longer than necessary.
Need help?
If you cannot access the in-app deletion option, contact support@breedershub.co.uk from the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on the request.
